Germany has strict rules governing the production and labeling of its quality wines. There are only 2 types of quality wines: to be classified as “QbA” quality, a wine must be produced from one of the 13 designated regions and has a natural alcohol content of at least 7%. The higher “Pradikatswein” quality suggests a quality wine with special attributes, with each wine depending on how the grapes are treated at the winery. Beerenauslese indicates a rare and expensive wine that is made from individually selected grapes. Only the ripest grapes are handpicked for this Beerenauslese.
Aromatic desert wine with Muscat grape and floral aromas. Its high sweetness is rightly balanced by a sufficient level of acidity, with intense tropical fruit flavors to make it a great standalone desert wine, or matched with tropical fruit based desert or spicy food.
8-10℃, decanting not required. Best matched with dessert with tropical fruits or spicy dishes.
